AT-3 is all metal semi-stressed skin, developable surface construction with fairings and covers made of fiber-carbon/glass composite. The configuration of a low-wing airplane with side-by-side cockpit equipped with dual controls, classical elastic landing gear with nose wheel plus superb aerodynamics ensure high performance, good handling and exceptional flight characteristics.

A tricycle undercarriage with a nose wheel was specially designed in order to absorb either pilotage errors or effects of landing on uneven grass airfields. Hydraulic brakes on the main wheels of the undercarriage provide very effective ground maneuverability.

In the standard configuration AT-3 comes with high-standard, durable cockpit, leather upholstery, a smartly designed panel with two throttles and ergonomic seats.

AT-3's standard equipment include a radio, voice activated intercom system, an artificial horizon, a turn indicator and other typical VFR and engine instruments.
